0.20% Time-Locked Pool — accumulates for 2 years, then unlocks for 7 days
0.25% Protocol Operations — infrastructure & ongoing development

Every 2 years the Time-Locked Pool opens. You have 7 days to claim your share, compound it back in, or walk away. Anything unclaimed splits — half locks permanently into the treasury, half rolls into the next cycle. The system gets stronger whether you stay or go.
